1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the BINFRND website (binfrnd.com) or placing an order, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products and Pricing

All products listed on BINFRND are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, however, orders already placed will be honored at the price at the time of purchase.

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual product may vary slightly.
  • All prices shown are inclusive of GST.
  • Bulk pricing is negotiable and fixed only after appointment confirmation.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. BINFRND reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available only for Kolkata, Howrah, and Hooghly addresses when 2-day express delivery is selected.
  • Online Payment: Required for all non-local deliveries and India Post shipments.
  • BINFRND is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

4. Delivery Policy

  • 2-day delivery is available for Kolkata, Howrah, and Hooghly areas (working days only).
  • Free delivery on local 2-day express orders above INR 299 within Kolkata, Howrah, and Hooghly (INR 40 charge below INR 299).
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, festivals, etc.).
  • BINFRND is not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses or customer unavailability.

5. Return Policy

  • All BINFRND garbage bag products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.
  • This policy is applied for hygiene, contamination control, and product safety reasons.
  • If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, report it promptly at binfrnd@gmail.com or via WhatsApp for verification and support.
  • After verification, BINFRND may provide an appropriate resolution at its discretion.

6. Bulk Orders

  • Bulk orders are confirmed only after direct communication with the BINFRND team.
  • Bulk prices are fixed per appointment and are non-transferable.
  • Minimum order quantities apply for bulk pricing.
  • Bulk order cancellations must be made 48 hours before scheduled delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the BINFRND website, including logos, brand name, product descriptions, images, and design, is the intellectual property of BINFRND. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

BINFRND's liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
